Required products :

  • 1 chicken
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 3/4 tea cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • salt to taste
  • dry spices of your choice and taste: rosemary, tarragon, thyme, sage, oregano
  • pepper
  • white pepper
  • 1 - 3 cloves garlic
  • turmeric at will (will give an interesting color to the sausage)
  • 2 meters of pork intestine
  • twine or thick thread

Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the chicken, remove the bones and skin (only the meat is needed). Finely chop the chicken and bacon, add the water, milk powder (or use fresh milk or cream, the amount of which is equal to the amount of milk powder and water). Add all the spices and mix the resulting mixture well. Fill the pork intestines with it (the length of each should be about 10-15 cm) and tie the ends with thread.

Ready sausages can be boiled in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, then bake in a hot pan. Another option for their preparation is to grease them with oil and bake them in the oven until you get a beautiful crust.

Enjoy your meal!
