Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 red potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1-2 pinches of dried dill


for the milk dip:

 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh onions
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 50 grams of cream cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and cut the potatoes into thin slices with a peeler. Line a tray with non-stick paper and arrange them.

Combine onion powder, dill, salt, pepper and stir. Sprinkle the chips with spices and olive oil. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown.

Cool the chips, meanwhile make a dip by mixing all the products and stirring until smooth. Serve the potatoes, garnished with the resulting milk sauce.
