Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of dark liquid chocolate
  • 250 grams of white liquid chocolate
  • 500 milliliters of whipping cream
  • sugar sticks for decoration
  • waffle cones for ice cream
  • syringe or poch

 

Method of preparation:


Prepare two bowls and distribute the cream. Beat it until creamy. Put the dark liquid chocolate in one and the white in the other.

Beat again. Fill a kitchen bag with the mixture, alternating colors and freeze it. After 2-3 hours, squirt the ice cream into the waffle cone and decorate with sugar sticks.

Serve and enjoy the taste. Fill the syringe with the mixture and freeze.
