Necessary products:

  • 150 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (or 1 teaspoon baking soda)
  • 300 - 350 grams of flour
  • 300 grams of chocolate (dark or milk - optional)

Method of preparation:

Mix the butter with the sugar, add the vanilla and grind. Add the eggs and stir. Then baking powder, flour and knead the dough.

Line a form measuring about 20 x 30 cm with baking paper or grease it with oil. Spread the dough in it and cover it with baking paper. Pour beans or peas on it, for example (this is done so that the dough is baked evenly and does not deform). Then the beans are removed. Put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, apply it on the warm sheet and level the surface. Wait for the glaze to harden (you can put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours), then cut it into squares and serve.

Enjoy!
