Learn how to cook "Homemade chocolate syrup with brown sugar". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 1 1/2 tea cups brown sugar
- 3/4 tea cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon water
- 30 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Method of preparation :
- In a medium saucepan, mix the brown sugar, cocoa and water. Stir.
- Heat over medium heat and after simmering, let the mixture simmer for 3 minutes. Stir periodically.
- Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
- Season with vanilla extract and salt and allow to cool completely.
- Transfer the chocolate syrup to a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
- Use in recipes for cakes, shakes, smoothies, biscuits or other culinary temptations.
