How To Cook Homemade Chocolate Truffles With Red Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon full-fat whipping cream
  • 1/3 tea glass of red wine at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 tea cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Method of preparation :

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring often. Set aside.
  • Transfer the cream to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until simmering.
  • Remove from the heat and add to the melted chocolate. Stir until homogeneous.
  • Add the red wine and butter and mix well.
  • Cover the chocolate ganache with plastic wrap and allow it to cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
  • Pour the cocoa into a bowl and remove the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Use a teaspoon to form truffles of approximately the same size and roll them in unsweetened cocoa.
  • Arrange in bowls and serve.
