Required products :
- 4 teaspoons flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 tea cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet
- 4 cups of buttermilk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 115 grams of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method of preparation :
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking soda.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir to coat evenly with the flour.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, butter and vanilla.
- Add them to the dry mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.
