Required products :

  • 375 grams of white chocolate
  • 375 grams of milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of dried cranberries
  • 40 grams of raisins
  • 75 grams of dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of candied ginger, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of chocolate drops - white and brown

Method of preparation :

Line two square trays with 20 cm of baking paper on each side.

Crush 300 grams of white and milk chocolate in two separate bowls and melt them over boiling water.

Pour the chocolates into the two trays - white in one, brown in the other.

Melt the remaining 75 grams of chocolate in two bowls. With the white make a net on the milk chocolate, and with the brown on the white, using a stick, make different patterns. Sprinkle both chocolates with blueberries, raisins, apricots and ginger, and finally sprinkle with different chocolate drops for an even more chocolate flavor.

Once the chocolates have cooled and hardened, cut them again with a knife.
