How To Cook Homemade Chocolates Filled With Cream Cheese And Baileys - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade chocolates filled with cream cheese and Baileys". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of cream cheese (Philadelphia, mascarpone, ricotta ...)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baileys liqueur

Method of preparation :

Melt 70 grams of chocolate in a water bath. With the resulting homogeneous mass, smear the insides of silicone molds (use a cooking brush for this purpose) with ice. Refrigerate.

While the coating is firm, make the filling by mixing the preferred cream cheese with the powdered sugar and liqueur.

Remove the tins from the refrigerator, fill them with cream, and you can use a pastry syringe or a simple teaspoon (do not fill the cells of the dish to the top). Store in the freezer or refrigerator.

Melt the remaining chocolate and spread it on the filling - this will be the bottom of the candies. Level the surface and return the form to the cold until the products are completely hardened.

If you do not have special candy tins and use ice cube trays, it will be easier for you to remove their contents by immersing the container in hot water for a few seconds and then turning it over.

Enjoy!
