How To Cook Homemade Chocolates With Hazelnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade chocolate candies with whole hazelnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

150 grams of crushed biscuits of your choice
140 grams of butter
350 grams of milk chocolate
24 hazelnuts
120 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits to make crumbs (the finer the better). You can use a blender for this purpose or a rolling pin.
Melt the butter over low heat, add the biscuits and mix thoroughly.

Let the resulting "dough" cool a bit and divide part of it into 24 suitable forms (you can use silicone). Press the mixture with your fingers to the walls of the selected dish, making indentations in the middle in which you will place the nuts.

Refrigerate for two hours.
During this time, melt 100 grams of milk chocolate and spread it on baking paper, forming a rectangle measuring 20 x 15 centimeters.

Put a layer of the remaining mixture of butter and biscuits. Cool.

Melt the remaining milk chocolate together with the dark chocolate, fill a pastry syringe with it, put in the prepared bases for the candies, then put one hazelnut in each.

Put them in the chamber for 10 minutes.
When you take it out, arrange it on the chocolate base, covered with biscuit crumbs and butter, placing 3 candies apart.

Then cut the base around the resulting triplet. Refrigerate again.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over each of the three candies.

Place the dessert in the chamber for 10 minutes to set. Then you can serve.

Enjoy your meal!
