Necessary products

For the bread:

  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of dry yeast


For the stuffing:

  • 20 grams of butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 30 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Method of preparation :

This bread is easy to prepare, but requires a little more time because the dough has to rise twice. Use a deep enough baking tin, as it will swell during heat treatment.

First, dissolve the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar in the warm milk.

Then beat the egg in the bowl of a blender, add the melted butter and most of the flour, pour the milk and turn on the appliance for five minutes (speed not high).

The dough should be elastic and separate from the walls of the dish. If it is sticky, add a little more flour.

Leave to rise (for half an hour in a warm place).

Make the fragrant filling by melting the butter and mixing it with the honey.

Sprinkle flour on the kitchen counter and roll out the dough on it (the thickness should be a little less than a centimeter)

Using a brush, apply a layer of melted butter over the entire surface, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and carefully roll a roll, the ends of which pinch.

Place it in the form on a sheet of parchment and wait for it to rise once more (it takes 30 minutes and the place is warm).

When the dough is ready, bake for about 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
