Required products :

  • 340 grams of crab rolls, blended in a blender or finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for the pan

Method of preparation :

 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and carefully knead the minced meat.
  • Make the meatballs according to the size you want.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Bake the "shrimp" meatballs for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Turn carefully and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve them warm and enjoy them.
