How To Cook Homemade Cranberry Liqueur With Lemon And Cloves - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of blueberries
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 cloves
  • 300 milliliters of vodka

Method of preparation :

Pour the blueberries into a glass jar and mash them. Add the cloves and grated citrus peel. Pour over the vodka and let the mixture stand for 2 weeks.

Then strain the liquid through gauze. Discard the fruit puree and mix the infusion with a sweet syrup made from 150 grams of sugar and 100 milliliters of water.

Stir and leave for 2-3 weeks.

When the time is up, the liqueur is ready for consumption.
