Necessary products:

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 3 1/4 teaspoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
  • rapeseed oil for spreading
  • 1/2 bowl with ice

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast and salt. Stir, make a medium in which to pour warm water. Stir until smooth and allow the mixture to foam. Then knead the top, move and make the dough.

Wait for it to rise and roll out round crusts with the help of rapeseed oil. Fold the edges from the inside out and from the four sides.

Form bagels, make incisions on their surface with scissors and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 70 degrees and put the bread.

At the bottom, place a cast iron skillet in which to pour the ice cubes. The steam doubles its volume faster due to the steam, and its crust turns out crispy.

Raise to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. When ready, wrap with a damp cloth, cut and serve the bread, garnished with butter.

Have a good time!
