Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon butter, softened
  • 3/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a large bowl, mix the butter with the brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, salt and baking soda and mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour until you knead a smooth dough.
  • Place it between two sheets of baking paper and roll out a square sheet about 30 millimeters thick.
  • Cut the dough with a sharp knife to form the crackers and pierce them with a fork.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until the biscuits begin to brown.

Note!

Consume them as healthy biscuits or use them to make different types of cakes - cakes, pies, etc.
