Turn on the oven to preheat to 130 degrees.
Mix the oats, coconut, brown sugar, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, almonds and pecans in a large bowl. Add water, maple syrup and fat. Mix well and spread in a large pan lined with baking paper.
Dry the granola for 45 minutes, then mix well and return to the oven until it acquires a pleasant golden brown tan - about another 45 minutes. Finally add the blueberries and raisins. Stir and allow to cool before storing in a tightly closed dry jar.
