How To Cook Homemade Granola With Papaya And Dried Blueberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade granola with papaya and dried blueberries". Delicious recipe.

Instead of buying a ready-made mix of muesli from the store, it is better to prepare the mixture yourself, so you will be sure that there are no ingredients unknown to you, and you will control the amount of added sugar. We offer you another option for granola, this time with papaya and dried blueberries.

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups oatmeal (without additives)
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dried papaya
  • 1/2 cup pistachios (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or cashews
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon natural apple cider vinegar

Method of preparation :

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, blueberries, papaya, pistachios, walnuts, ginger, turmeric and salt.

Separately mix the maple syrup, olive oil and vinegar. Pour the nuts with them and stir to moisten.

Pour them into the pan and scatter. Leave them to stand for 20 minutes, during which time turn on the oven to heat to 150 degrees.

Roast the nuts for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent them from sticking together.

Cool completely before putting in a jar. Up to 2 weeks are edible, and the portions that are received are 16.
