How To Cook Homemade Granola With Seeds And Dried Fruits - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of oatmeal (or einkorn flakes)
  • 100 grams of raw nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews or others)
  • 20 grams of flaxseed
  • 20 grams of sesame seeds
  • 20 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams of liquid honey (coconut nectar syrup, maple syrup or other sweetener)
  • 20 grams of coconut oil (or cocoa butter)
  • 30 grams of water
  • 50 grams of dried apricots
  • 50 grams of dried cranberries
  • 50 grams of prunes (pitted)
  • 50 grams of dried apple
  • 20 grams of whose seeds

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients - oatmeal, raw nuts and seeds. Mix the liquefied coconut oil, honey and water separately and mix until homogeneous. Pour the resulting sweet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Place baking paper in a pan and pour the mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring often so as not to burn. It should acquire a nice golden color, then remove from the oven. Set aside while you cut the dried fruit into small pieces. Add to them whose seeds and pour to the granola. Bake for a few minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

Store in a jar with a closed lid.

Homemade granola can be consumed alone or with yogurt, milk, fruit juice or fruit. Combine it according to your taste.
