Required products :

  • 2.5 tea cups sunflower seeds (peeled)
  • 1 1/4 tea cup flour and the same amount of sugar
  • 2-3 drops of vanilla extract or a packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup of boiled water
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • chocolate spread


Method of preparation :

Roast the seeds in a dry pan. Do the same with the flour, then mix the two ingredients and grind them in a blender.

Transfer to a fireproof dish, add the sugar, vanilla flavor of your choice, pour in the water and vegetable fat.

Place on the stove and wait for the mixture to boil. When this happens, remove from the heat and distribute in molds, it is good that they are silicone.

Two or three minutes later, put it in the refrigerator and let the dessert stand in the cold for a quarter of an hour.

Dip the finished halva in liquid chocolate.
