Method of preparation :
Prepare the jelly: mix the gelatin with the cold water and leave until you make the sugar syrup.
For the syrup, put the water and sugar in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes until the crystals melt. Pour the sweet liquid over the gelatin and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Divide the mixture into several bowls and add different colors and flavors.
Distribute the mixture in candy tins and cool overnight.
Carefully remove the candies from the molds and roll them in sugar crystals.
