Required products :
1 liter of fresh milk with a fat content of 2.5%
10 grams of kefir sponge (Tibetan milk sponge)
Method of preparation :
This is the kefir mushroom.
Pour the milk into a suitable container (preferably a glass jar) and add it to it.
Cover with gauze and leave overnight at room temperature.
The kefir is ready.
Strain through a fine colander.
Rinse the sponge itself with water (at room temperature) and pour fresh milk again.
