Required products :

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a depression in the center in which you put the salt, beat the egg and pour the olive oil. Mix the products, kneading the dough. Cover it with cling film.

 

After 15 minutes, divide it into 3-4 equal parts, which you roll out with the help of a pasta machine or use a simple rolling pin (the layers should be thin, and the top on which you roll them - sprinkled with flour).

 

 

Place the crusts on a wooden surface to dry to brittleness (at room temperature overnight or dry in the oven, keeping the temperatures low).

 

Before you start preparing the lasagna, put the crusts in boiling water one by one for 5 minutes each.
