Necessary products:
1/4 tea brewer's yeast
1 cup hops
3 kilograms of malt barley
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 liters of water
Method of preparation:
Pour the malt with water and leave for 24 hours, then add salt and simmer for 2 hours, gradually adding the hops. Filter the liquid and cool. Add the yeast and sugar, let everything stand for 10 - 12 hours. Pour into bottles, but do not close them for the next 8 - 10 hours.
Some tips for brewing beer:
The dishes you use must be made of glass, aluminum or enamelled;
Do not fill the container to the brim - 1/3 of it should be empty;
