It often happens that in the recipes we want to prepare there are products unknown to our country. Fortunately, we can now easily find recipes for them. We present you the delicious sweet additive that is found in some desserts - marshmallow cream:

Required products :

  • 1 egg white at room temperature
  • 3/4 tea cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites, corn syrup and salt with a mixer in a large bowl. Beat on high speed until doubled in volume - about 5 minutes. Reduce speed and gradually start adding sugar. Once it is completely absorbed, add the vanilla without stopping the mixer.

 

Store the finished marshmallow cream in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze and use for up to 1 month.
