Required products :

1 head of garlic
2 egg yolks at room temperature
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
pinch of salt
100 milliliters of olive oil
100 milliliters of oil
salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and wrap the garlic head with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and allow the garlic to cool.
In a deep glass jar, mix the olive oil with the oil.
In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks with the vinegar and salt.
