Necessary products:
3 liters of water
500 g of honey
3.5 g of hop cones
1.5 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
another 1/2 tsp water
Method of preparation:
Bring the water to a boil, add honey, stir, cook for 2 minutes, remove the foam. When it stops forming, add the hops, remove from the heat and close the container with a lid. The liquid should be cooled to 40 degrees.
Mix 1/2 cup of water with the sugar and dissolve the yeast in it (let it foam). Then mix with cooled honey water and leave for 5 days to ferment in a warm place. After 5 days, remove the hops, strain the drink and pour into bottles. The liquid should stay in them for another 3-4 days.
