Necessary products :
500 grams of meat of your choice - pork, chicken, beef
120 grams of carrots
120 grams of potatoes
50 grams of butter - optionally
50 grams of onion
parsley (root or leaves)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Boil the meat until low heat. Then add the carrots, peeled potatoes and onions to the bowl. Let everything cook for 10 minutes, add salt to taste and add the parsley stalks (if you use a root, put it together with the vegetables). Leave on the stove until all products are fully cooked.
Then take them out of the broth and let them cool. Grind them with a mincer or trust the blender. If desired, you can add 50 grams of butter.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour the broth according to the desired consistency of the pate.
You can store in the refrigerator for several days.
Very tasty sandwiches are obtained by adding a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber.
