Required products :
1 kg of cottage cheese
200 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of fresh milk
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
300 grams of mushrooms
frying oil
ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in oil. All the liquid must evaporate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Make melted cheese by beating the cottage cheese, softened butter, milk, soda and 1 teaspoon of salt with a blender. You can use other spices of your choice and taste.
Place the bowl with the mixture in a water bath and cook for about 15 minutes until smooth (be sure to stir).
Once removed from the heat, add the mushrooms and allow the pate to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
