How To Cook Homemade Melted Cheese With Mushrooms And Dill - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 200 grams of soft Danube cheese
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh dill

 

Method of preparation:


Heat the butter in a pan, wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them and fry them. Drain them and set aside. Melt the cheese in a water bath and mix with the sour cream.

Season with salt, chopped dill and a clove of garlic. Combine the mixture with the mushrooms, stir and cool. Serve the melted cheese on a slice and enjoy.
