Required products :

500 grams of cottage cheese
2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons high-fat sour cream
1 incomplete (without top) a teaspoon of baking soda a
few sprigs of dill or parsley
200 grams of mushrooms
salt to taste
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Pour the curd (preferably use homemade) in a blender bowl, add the eggs, sour cream, baking soda, salt to taste. Beat everything and transfer the mixture to a suitable container, which you place on a water bath and cook its contents for 15 minutes, stirring. The combination should melt during this time and become homogeneous. If this is not the case, you can use the
blender again , but you should not have added the mushrooms.
Cut them into pieces and fry until hot in hot oil. Add a little salt and ground black pepper if desired.
When the mixture on the stove acquires the required consistency, add the chopped green spices and fried mushrooms. Mix everything. Pour into a suitable container (maybe in a glass jar) and let cool enough to store in the refrigerator.
If you like the taste and aroma of garlic, you can add a few cloves (mash in advance).
You can replace sour cream with 70-100 grams of high quality butter.

Spread on a slice of bread or serve with spaghetti.

Enjoy your meal!
