Learn how to cook "Homemade milk ice cream with cottage cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of high-fat cottage cheese (it should be with a soft soft texture)
  • 200 grams of condensed milk (boiled)
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese and condensed milk. Beat them with a mixer or blender, pouring the milk.

The goal is uniformity of consistency. If you can't break up the lumps, pass the mash through a sieve, even twice if necessary.

Then fill muffin tins with the milk combination if you don't have special ice cream cones.

Put them in the freezer.

In two hours the ice cream will not be deep frozen, but the taste will be wonderful.

If you are patient for 5 hours, you will get the effect sealed in the next photo.

Have ice cream!
