Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of colorful pork
  • 300 grams of beef
  • 20 grams of grated onion
  • 2 sprigs of finely chopped parsley
  • 10 grams of ground cumin and 10 grams of ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 20 milliliters of dark beer
  • 1 slice of dry bread
  • 2 peeled and sliced ​​apples
  • 20 grams of brown sugar
  • 10 grams of butter
  • non-stick frying pan

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grind the pork through a meat grinder, then pass the beef. Knead both types of meat and season them with onion, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix the beer with the bread and after it absorbs, combine with the minced meat.
