How To Cook Homemade Muesli With Honey, Cinnamon And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of oatmeal
  • 200 grams of almonds
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 250 grams of raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated dried ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams of peeled sunflower seeds - optional
  • 80 grams of sesame seeds - optional
  • 1 apple - optional

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Mix the oats, almonds, sugar, cinnamon and ginger (add the seeds if you are going to use them). Add honey, oil and mix everything with a wooden spoon. Then add the raisins and stir again. Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper, grease with oil and distribute the resulting mixture evenly in the prepared dish.

Place in the oven for 40 minutes, watching for readiness - the muesli should dry. You need to stir periodically. Finally, add salt and leave to cool.
