Necessary products

For the dough:

1 tsp warm water

1 tsp dry yeast

250 g flour

sugar and salt to taste

For the stuffing:

300 - 400 g of mushrooms

2 - 3 eggs

200 g of yellow cheese

onion (optional)

mayonnaise

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water, then add the sugar, salt and mix with the flour. Knead a soft dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour to rise. Until this happens, make the filling.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in hot oil. Boil the eggs firmly and grate them on a coarse grater. Grate the yellow cheese in the same way.

When the dough rises, roll it out according to the size of the tray you will use. Form an edge of it at the end of the dish and spread with mayonnaise.

First spread the eggs on the dough, then add the mushrooms (if desired, you can add fried onions). Sprinkle generously with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven at 190 - 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
