Learn how to cook "Homemade mushroom sauce with fresh milk and butter". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 250 grams of white mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 tea cup whole milk
- 1/4 tea cream
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
For garnish :
- fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation :
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer until soft and most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Sprinkle with flour, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add the milk and cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Let the mushroom sauce simmer until it thickens, but be sure to stir, otherwise it will burn.
- Season with salt and pepper, add parsley and stir again.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with your favorite meat dishes.
