Learn how to cook "Homemade orange juice (4 liters of 2 oranges)". Delicious recipe.

The recipe, which we will introduce you to, is for making 4 liters of orange liquid, prepared from 2 oranges. The resulting juice is not inferior to the options offered in the commercial network, except that it is cheaper and more useful than them.

Required products :

  • 2 oranges
  • 300-400 grams of sugar (according to your preferences)
  • 4 liters of purified/filtered water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Thoroughly wash the orange peel, then pour boiling water over the fruit for a minute. Dry them and store in the refrigerator / freezer for 3 hours or overnight.

When you take out the already frozen citrus, thaw them and cut them into random pieces, which you grind in a blender.

Pour a liter of cold water over the orange mass and wait 10-15 minutes. Then strain through a fine colander.

In the resulting concentrate pour the remaining 3 liters of water, add sugar and lemon juice. Stir well and let the drink stand for about an hour.

Then distribute the liquid in clean bottles and consume with pleasure.
