Required products :

8 oranges

1 lemon

500 grams of sugar

2.5 liters of water

serving ice cubes

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the oranges and lemons with hot water using a brush. Peel the citrus peels with a sharp knife, leaving a white layer on the fruit.

Put the crusts in a saucepan, pour cold water and add the sugar. Put the pan on low heat and let the mixture boil until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring, squeezing the crusts lightly so that they can release their butter.

Close the pan with a lid, remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Cut the citrus in half and squeeze the juice from each and pour into a bowl.

When the decoction cools, strain it directly into the juice container. Stir and store the drink in the refrigerator.

Serve the orangeade with ice cubes
