How To Cook Homemade Orange, Tangerine And Lemon Fanta - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade orange, tangerine and lemon fanta". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 milliliters of carbonated water
700 milliliters of still water
2 oranges
3 tangerines (or use 3 oranges instead of 2 and skip the tangerines)
1 lemon
150 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Wash the citrus fruits well, because their peel will also be used.

First, peel the lemon very thinly with a knife. You need to remove the crust so that you cut only the yellow part, because white will give a bitter taste to the finished drink.
Then clean the lemon itself from the seeds and the white skin. Squeeze its juice.
Do the same with oranges and tangerines.
Put the citrus peels in a saucepan, pour the squeezed juice of the three types and pour the sugar into the bowl. Put on the stove, add boiling still water and let the mixture boil for 1-2 minutes.
When the liquid has cooled enough, store in the refrigerator for 5 hours. During this time, the drink will acquire an incredible taste and aroma.
It remains to strain the syrup and dilute it with carbonated water in a ratio of 1: 1.
The homemade fanta is ready.
