How To Cook Homemade Peach Ice Cream Without Freezing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade peach ice cream without freezing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups peaches, cut into cubes and frozen
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut milk

For garnish :

  • fresh peaches, cut into cubes
  • fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Transfer the frozen peach cubes to a food processor or blender and mash for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk and mash briefly enough to mix.
  • Serve the ice cream immediately, garnished with fresh fruit and pieces of mint.
  • Pour the rest into a suitable container and store in the freezer.
