How To Cook Homemade Pizza Dough Suitable For Freezing - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 32 grams of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 35 milliliters of maple syrup
  • 500 milliliters of warm water

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, maple syrup and 3/4 of the water.
  • Stir and add more water if necessary, keeping in mind that the dough should not be too wet.
  • Remove it on a floured surface and knead with your palms until smooth and elastic.
  • Clean the bowl and grease it with olive oil.
  • Transfer the dough to it, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  • Remove again on a lightly floured surface and knead briefly.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form balls.
  • Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and store in the freezer.
  • Thaw the dough in the refrigerator, roll it out, garnish and bake.
