Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt (to taste)

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Put 3 grains of corn and wait for them to crack, when this happens, you will know that the fat is hot enough to add the remaining grains.

When you put the berries in the fat, shake to make them greasy. Put the lid on when the first berries start to crack, grab the pot and start rotating it on the hob, thus constantly moving the hottest spot. Remember to hold the lid. This way, making homemade popcorn will take you from 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Drizzle the finished popcorn with truffle oil, sprinkle with spices of your choice and salt. Put the lid on and shake vigorously to taste.

Transfer to a bowl and serve.
