Required products :

prunes,
walnuts or other nuts

For chocolate:

50 grams of cocoa butter
100 grams of grated dark chocolate
2 tablespoons honey or sweetened condensed milk
vanilla pod optional

Method of preparation :

Wash the prunes and pit them, then dry the fruit. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small pieces to fit the prunes.

Pour hot water into the pot, put a clean and dry container in it so that its bottom does not reach the water. Put on the stove. So, in a water bath you will make chocolate. When bubbles form in the water, reduce the temperature and pour the cocoa butter into the dry container. It will begin to melt immediately. At this stage you can add a vanilla pod if you prefer.
Once the cocoa butter is completely melted, add the chocolate and stir with an egg whisk until completely melted. Then put honey or condensed milk with sugar (maybe syrup or stevia).
Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste preferences.
Mix everything very well and take the small pot out of the one with the water. Distribute the contents in suitable molds (you can use silicone ones), which must be clean and dry. Put prunes with pieces of walnuts or other nuts and press to sink into the chocolate and cover the fruit.

Place them on a tray, let cool to room temperature and refrigerate to firm the candies.

For the filling you can use dried fruits and nuts of your choice, also seeds.

Enjoy your meal!
