How To Cook Homemade Pumpkin Candy - Recipe

Required products :

  • 170 grams of white chocolate
  • 60 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 3/4 tea cup powdered milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground biscuits
  • 250 grams of colored orange chocolate (or melted white, colored with orange food coloring)
  • 100 grams of green chocolate (melted white and painted)

Method of preparation :

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.

Mix the cream cheese and pumpkin puree with a mixer. Add the milk powder, sugar, spice and mix well again.

Add the melted white chocolate and combine.

Finally, add the biscuit crumbs.

The mixture should be moist.

Form balls out of it by squeezing them in your hands so that they stick together well.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Melt the two colored chocolates and dip the candies in the orange ones one by one. Arrange them on baking paper.

Pour the green chocolate into a bag or bag and decorate the pumpkins with it.

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving until the chocolate is firm.
