for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 9 grams of dry yeast
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 5 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 20 milliliters of dark beer
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • seed mix of your choice
  • 1 whipped egg white

 

for sandwiches

 

  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • half a clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • one peeled and sliced ​​cucumber
  • a few sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​avocado

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and add half of the seeds, dry yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil. Mix the beer with the water and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix with your hands and make a soft dough. Wait for it to rise and divide it into equal parts.

Line a tray with a sheet of parchment, form balls, remove the middle with a small ring and arrange them. Spread with whipped egg whites and sprinkle with seeds. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until done. Cool the loaves, while preparing the mousse by mixing the cream cheese with the dill, chopped garlic and sour cream.

Add salt and pepper to taste and beat until smooth. Cut the loaves, spread the milk mousse on both parts and garnish with cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado slices. Prepare the remaining sandwiches in the same way, arrange on a plate and serve.
