Required products :

  • 3.5 grams of active dry yeast
  • 125 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of wheat semolina
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • a pinch of dried thyme
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • a pinch of cumin
  • other spices to taste
  • sea ​​salt for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 teaspoon of warm water.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, wheat semolina, sugar and salt.
  • Make a well in the middle and pour in the dissolved yeast and olive oil.
  • Use your hands to knead a smooth dough.
  • Remove it on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes or until it stops sticking to your palms.
  • Sprinkle with thyme, garlic and cumin and knead briefly to distribute evenly.
  • Return the dough to the bowl, cover it with a clean damp cloth and leave it to rise in a warm, dry place for 1 hour.
