Required products :
1 teaspoon peeled sunflower seeds
3/4 cup raisins
2 - 3 tablespoons unrefined sunflower oil
Method of preparation :
Grind the sunflower seeds using a blender at maximum speed. The finer they are ground, the tastier the halva you will get.
Add the raisins, continue to beat.
Then pour the oil (necessarily unrefined) and beat everything for about a minute.
Give the halva the desired shape: you can use a silicone mold, cover it with plastic wrap, put the mixture, press well with your hands, then remove from the pan, remove the foil and you will get the correct and beautiful shape.
