How To Cook Homemade Tangerine Ice Cream With Condensed Milk - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams of tangerines
400 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%
400 grams of condensed milk

Preparation :
Peel the tangerines, cut them into slices and grind with a blender. If you prefer, you can pass the resulting puree through a sieve to remove the skins.
Add the cream and condensed milk to the fruit, beat until smooth and transfer the mixture to a suitable plastic container. Put it in the freezer, removing and stirring the future ice cream every hour or two so that it can be saturated with oxygen and ice crystals do not form in it. Stir vigorously.
If you can't do that, just put the fruit-cream mixture in the freezer overnight, you will still get delicious ice cream.
Serve with mandarin syrup, which you do as follows: squeeze the juice of two orange fruits and warm it with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
