Necessary products:
250 grams of flour
4 eggs
125 grams of butter
500 ml of water
pinch of salt
For syrup:
500 grams of water
500 grams of sugar
1 vanilla
1 cinnamon (optional)
lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Bring the water to a boil and when this is done, add the butter and a pinch of salt. Start gradually adding the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth dough that should not stick to the dish.
Allow to cool slightly and add the eggs. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
You should make the syrup: boil the water with the sugar and add the vanilla (and cinnamon), lemon juice.
Using a syringe, shape the tubs and fry in hot oil. Do not use a fork and do not drill them, remove with a slotted spoon. The finished tulumbiks are syruped.
