Method of preparation:
Sift the flour several times in a bowl, add water, salt, vinegar and knead a soft dough. Allow to rest for 20 minutes and divide into portions. Beat the eggs together with the yoghurt, add the cheese and stir. Roll out, grease the crusts with oil and put the stuffing at the ends. Turn, arrange all rolls in a greased round pan. Mix the butter and milk, use a silicone brush to glaze the pie and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. When ready, spray with cold water and wrap the pie with a towel. Serve it warm, garnished with liquid honey.
