How To Cook Homemade Vanilla Cheesecake - Recipe

Required products :

For the bark :

  • 1 3/4 tea cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

For cream :

  • 900 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup whole cream

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a round baking dish measuring 23 centimeters.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar and cinnamon. Stir.
  • Add the melted butter and stir again.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and press it with your palms to the bottom and a small part of the walls.
  • Bake for about 12-13 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 150 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cheese with a cream mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add the sugar, vanilla paste and cinnamon. Beat enough to mix.
  • Add the eggs one by one, then add the cream and turn on the mixer until smooth.
  • Pour the cream over the crust and bake for about 65-70 minutes until light golden.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool completely to room temperature, then carefully cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Cut, garnish to taste and serve.
